The HID Aero controller family offers a complete hardware and firmware solution designed for access control providers who want to avoid the ongoing engineering and manufacturing costs of access panels. Based on Mercury-accessed technology with over 4 million panels deployed, the Aero platform delivers reliability and future-ready performance.
The Aero X1100 intelligent controller consolidates the capabilities of VertX EVO V1000/V2000, supporting up to two access points natively plus communication with downstream IO modules (X100, X200, X300). These modules expand capacity for inputs and outputs while encrypted communication ensures secure data exchange.
Aero architecture provides open, adaptable integration with multiple host systems—making it ideal for small-to-medium deployments, hybrid cloud systems, or environments needing secure, scalable access control.
